Our Founder 

George Medina, a successful Real Estate entrepreneur, who initiated his career in 1987, is the founder of CENTURY 21 GMS Realty, Inc. His entrepreneur qualities, consistency, character, and aggressiveness in sales have demonstrated results in a large number of transactions.

His desire to continually improve and attain a new level of achievement, in all aspect, has helped George Medina escalate within this industry. He has accumulated the necessary experience and knowledge to transform a dream into reality.

In 1990, while belonging to the Re/max organization, George Medina was awarded numerous prizes and became 2^nd best in a 5000 agent area. During his last year in this organization, he closed over 10 million dollars.

In 1994, he constituted GMS corporation and concentrated in the operation and services of the Real Estate industry.

In 1996, as a result of being a leader in the Real Estate industry, GMS Inc, acquired a franchise of CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC in the search for excellence. Since that very moment, the operations and sales of "CENTURY 21 GMS Realty" have been growing consistently in the Northwest Chicagoland area.

Today, CENTURY 21 GMS Realty, Inc. consists of over 25 agents (full-time and part-time) and an excellent staff dedicated to bring excellence and growth in the Real Estate industry. With our Broker's experience, he has organized a company culture to provide assistance, training and supervision to all of his agents, so that they can achieve their desired success in this career.
